You Can Say That Again
Kids Love Repetition
By Linda Sharp
And then, just when you are brave enough to buy the 12 pack at the warehouse club, they declare the steaming bowl before them as "the grossest thing in the whole wide world, Moooommm." You are then the proud owner of 11 blue and orange rectangular paperweights.
My husband is irked by the part of their rituals and repetitions that he is not privy to each day while he is at work. There is not a weekend that goes by when he is not given the "Mommy doesn't do it that way" speech. I would probably feel sorry for him, but I am too busy standing around the corner laughing my head off. I would probably feel sorry for him, but I am too busy standing around the corner laughing my head off.
HA! No wonder they do that – THAT FELT GOOD! I would probably feel sorry for him, but I am too busy standing around the corner laughing my head off. I would probably feel sorry for him, but I am too busy standing around the corner laughing my head off...
