Helping your child manage bedwetting isn't always easy, that's for sure. But in reality, not many aspects of parenting are. Thankfully, there are many useful resources that can help you along the way. When it comes to bedwetting, you can find the information you need in a number of places; where to look only depends on what you're looking for.

If your child has trouble staying dry at night, you most likely have questions about why this is happening and what you can do about it. You'll need information about possible causes, management options and new ideas. The following resources were compiled to help you find whatever you need to make bedwetting easier to manage.

The Basics

How common is bedwetting, or enuresis, as it is also known? What causes my child to wet the bed? What management options do I have? You can find the answers to these questions and many others on the GOODNITES® GoodMorning Club™ Web site. The online article index and expert Q&A section contain a wealth of information about all aspects of bedwetting. While you're there, submit a question of your own.

You also can find basic bedwetting information on the National Kidney Foundation's Web site at www.kidney.org. Just look for the "bedwetting" link.

Advice and Support

If you need advice and support from parents who can relate to what you and your family are going through, post a topic on the GOODNITES® GoodMorning Club™ community discussion boards. These online forums allow you to ask questions and share ideas with other parents. The discussion threads are divided by topics that range from how to talk to your kids about bedwetting to how to host a sleepover.
