two updates in one week!!
March 13, 2007
We had our preschool meeting to discuss plans for next year and NOTHING was decided. We did manage to agree on sending out registration cards and seeing what happens. Then I had a jealous parent from Emmy's class question why she is allowed to attend even though she is not yet three and her child wasn't. The response from the board was because I am a teacher there and they were not going to loose me due to my child not turning 3 for a couple of weeks. I wasn't planning on leaving but it sure ticked me off that she was up in the air over Emmy not turning 3 for 3 weeks one of those weeks is even Spring Break so we are not there. What I really don't understand is she isn't even planning on having her child attend school with us next year. I have no idea why I am getting so upset by this it isn't like I am bringing her for free. I do pay.
Emmy is doing well in school. She is adjusting much better than I had expected. She is still a little clingy but I am sure she will be over that by next week. She is so tired at night she has been going right to sleep. Both girls have been sleeping in the same bed for a few weeks now. I have thought about getting rid of the second bed and putting a bunk bed in there so they will have more space.
Not much has been going on since I updated three days okay. So I will just end with that.
