Its so good to be back
May 31, 2006
Wow it is so great to be back on the parenting today diaries. I am a graduate of pregnancytoday and babiestoday. Check out my previous entries to learn more about me and my gang. I am the mom of just turned 2 year old Emmy (4-4-04) and just turned six year old Abbey (5-2-00). Abbey is a very girly girl she has done gymnastics since she was 18 months although she has taken a break since we moved to Morehead due to a lack of a true gymnastic gym. She has recently started cheering and will be starting a cheerleading class in a few weeks. She is having her tonsils taken out this weekend so she will have to have two weeks of recovery before she can start her summer activities. Emmy is my wild one. She is always on the go. She loves buga bugs (ladybugs) and dirt.
I am pretty much a SAHM. I am the Nursery Coordinator for the church. I get to take the girls with me when I work a classroom. I was also the Daisy and now Brownie troop leader for my daughter's group. My husband and I have been married almost 8 years. We grew up only a few miles apart but didn't start dating until college. I promise I will write more about us after I get home from the hospital.
