Am I ready?

This might sound a bit silly, but I am sure we have all been through this one way or another. DH registered Kassy for kindergarten the other day. Kindergarten. I mean, there is this belly photo of me 8 1/2 months pregnant with this soon to be kindergartener on the fridge, and I am supossed to send her to school? Now? I thought that didn't happen for a few more years! I know I know she will be 5 this August, but that is besides the point. When we sent Beans to school I was fine with it, more so because I had Kassy at home with me. But now I am to send her to school....what ever happned to the sleepless nights? the nursing bras? the endless dirty bottles of formula on the kitchen counter? the diapers? Now I have this child that tells me and shows me that she is ready to go to school like her big brother. I guess the question is, is mommy ready to let her go to school? Gonna have to be but it is almost like signalling the end of tot hood for her.
