Spring is here and so is the mud! You mop, you vacuum, the kids track in mud, you mop, you vacuum, the kids track in mud, see a pattern here? Oh it is the joys of the rainy season! NOT! With that said here is a story about Austin:
MUD SLINGING AND GETTING CAUGHT

I go to school every evening, Austin and Noah go to my friend, J's, till Don gets off work. Very good situation all in all. She lives right here on the property, so there is no driving across town to a sitters. And she has 2 boys about the same ages as mine. Well it has been raining here and yesterday a little boy was outside with a stick throwing mud on the side of one of the buildings. Lovely huh?! Well Austin and his little friend tell the first boy, D, to stop that he is not supposed to do that he will get into trouble. Well D stops then shortly there after starts it again. What does my son and his friend C do? They joined right in. OH NO! Well Don caught them but only after D's mom sees her son and grabs him and runs home before, she thinks, anyone sees D doing this. Well my friend J makes Austin and C help her clean it up. Big trouble they were in. You can still see where the mud was flung onto the building. I was told it was all over the sidewalk too. But they got that cleaned off. Well there is one tenent that is a real butt. This person will not walk on the carpet of the apartment with out taking shoes off first. They even rake, yes rake, the carpet. Well this person now says there is mudd all over the carpet and wants US to pay to get it cleaned!!! There is no way! This person has let their dog poop by the apartment and then everyone steps in it! There are rules about where to take your pet to do it's business and your supposed to clean up after them! Believe me I am having a nice littel talk with this person! Austin for one was doing something he should not have, but he was not the only one. But this tenant is focusing on blaming us! UGH! It is not going to happen that way! Don even had step in said person's pets poo and tracked it in our house, and we had to have our carpets cleaned! Did we demand this person to pay for the carpet cleaning? NO! So we should not have to do the same!
