Christa 's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

March 31, 2003

Well March is almost over, and Easter will soon be here. Before you know it Summer vacation will be here. That is going to be hard on me with 2 boys wanting to play outside, swim and me having finals and homework. No summer vacation for me!

TEETH
~~~~~~~~
Well that silly "messed up" tooth is still loose, but getting a little progress on it. I still think I may have to call the dentist. I will check it tomorrow. But he has another loose one on the bottom. He was not real thrilled about it till we told him about the tooth fairy, now he is wiggling the tar out of those teeth. "SHOW ME THE MONEY!" Kids they can make me laugh so hard sometimes. Now to figure out what the going rate is on a tooth. Anyone got the Tooth Fairy's phone number? ;-)
SCHOOL
~~~~~~~
Austin is doing SO well in school. I have gotten a weeks worth of notes from his teacher on how well he is doing on his reading and writing. This next month, April, Austin will have his first school play. It is a musical/play. All about the alphabet. He is the letter W. I can't wait to see this play. I have the camera and camcorder ready to go! He has had his part memorized for a while now. He will recite it to me all the time. I am really liking this stage of his, at times, he will get the pencil and paper out and start spelling things. Or ask how to spell something. The other night I got a paper from him that had all our names on it, the word Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, Enemy Gates, and drawings of people. Now where he came up with those words I don't know. But hey that was good! I probably spelled Lincoln's name wrong!

Well that is about it for now. Not much else going on. Today was the first day back to school for Austin after Springbreak.
