June's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

November 29, 1999

Well it's Monday November 29th. I just spoke with the therapist who met with Chanel last week. He does not believe she is a classic Obsessive Compulsive. He is doing all the legwork to arrange for a professional diagnosis. He is going to meet with her once again this week and then wait till after the diagnosis to see where we go from there. This guy is very helpful and honest. Chanel has been doing better and so have we. We are working on acceptable work arounds such as her washing her own clothes if she wants to wear them everyday.

Christmas is around the corner and I'm just starting to prepare things for the new baby. He at least has a dresser for his clothes and a bassinet to sleep in (at least until my other one is out of the crib). The only two things my daughter wants for Christmas are sold out and not expected in until after Christmas. Of course they are advertised on TV everyday...just to torment us.

I still have no name for the baby. I'm looking for a nice name an adult male would be proud to have when he is older and sounds good with Marino. Any suggestions?

I wish everyone would sleep through the night here just once. If it's not the baby, it's one of the others up because of a nightmare or something they thought they heard. We have a king sized bed and it seems too small more often than not.

Baby's napping and the others are at school.....eeekk.. An hour free ... what should I do -- housework, my scrapbook, call a friend, have a shower, have a nap ... and I only get to pick two at the most.

Keep smiling :)

June
