So much has gone on since my last entry! Where to start? Well, Alex is headed off to Grade One! Very exciting stuff! His only problems were that he had a bit of an attitude and can be bossy at times. I've been working with him on that but as my mother always says, "I think he comes by it honestly!" :0) Peter and I both tend to be aggressive, take charge kind of people. However, I'm going to try and tone Alex down a bit.
Other than that, I've been incredibly busy. Two friends of mine and I have started a website (momsaidso.com). It's been a ton of work but a lot of fun! I eventually hope to move my diaries over there. I'll keep you posted! :0)
Today is Canada Day and Johnny and Christina have come for the day and are staying the night. Alex is having the best time! We're getting ready to head out for the fireworks! Everyone had to have a little nap because they don't start until 11! It's still light out until around then.
Well, I have to cut this short so we can get all the kids loaded and off to the Lake! Happy, happy birthday Canada! And happy Fourth of July to all my American friends!
