Shelley's Diary Entries

Sorry for being away so long! We've been busy and had some changes here. Cory just started third grade! Hard to believe he's getting so big! He's very glad to be back at school. The summer was hard on him. I had day home kids who are younger than he and we didn't do a lot of "Cory stuff." He had two weeks of day camp with his martial arts school which he really liked and one week of a sport camp. He learned to ride a two-wheeler this summer!

So we're back on our regular school schedule with marital arts three nights a week. He played flag football once a week over the summer and seemed to enjoy that.He turns 8 in a few weeks (where did the time go) but we aren't having his party until the middle of October. He wants to see the Digimon movie which opens early October, which is Thanksgiving weekend here, so the weekend after we'll take him and three or four friends to see it and then for pizza.

Some days he's very hard to deal with. He tends to talk back and give attitude to us, but what kid doesn't!

Anyways, I will try to post more often!
