Suzi's Diary EntriesDiary Navigation: |
October 4, 2000
This is going to be a short entry as I'm so busy right now I don't know which direction is up.
The big drama of the week was that Matthew won a goldfish at the fall festival. As goldfish will do -- you guessed it! Monday night I was lucky enough to find it belly up right at bedtime as I was getting myself a glass of water. Dead fish give me the biggest heebie-jeebies. Spiders and mice I can handle, but this was too much. Mike had to come do the honors and remove it from the tank. Then of course yesterday morning I had to deal with the "Where's my goldfish ?" when Matt went to feed his pets. Nicholas dissolved into tears and another round of "Why do we have to die?"
Today I have preparations for tonight's PTO meeting. I'm supposed to speak on the status of the T-shirt project which I'm the chairperson of. I have to go stuff order forms in the teacher's mailboxes and go pick up sample shirts and artwork.
OK and Mike and I will fill you all in. Looks like well be adding baby no.4 to the family in late April. I'm very anxious this time as I feel so blessed that our three boys are so healthy.I've been a hormonal basket case the past few days!
Til next time!
Suzi
